How to move forms from a sub-user to the main account?

    parteam@ntfb.org  is a sub user of the info@ntfb.org account but they are logged in and not all of their forms show up on our account

    The Food Bank has a gold account, but they were just asked to upgrade to a bronze account. How can we make sure they are within our main account?

    The three forms you have mentioned belong to the account under the email parteam@ntfb.org, if the forms are supposed to belong to the main gold account, then the sub-user may simply drag and drop them into the shared folder, note that doing this he will be transferring the forms ownership and you will need to share them the forms again.

    Also, the sub user was asked to upgrade since the forms are actually under his account and due to the amount of submissions the forms have been received as well. 

    Now, transferring the forms to the main account, the gold limits will be applied and the bronze plan on the sub user will not be needed so you can cancel the subscription there once the forms have been transferred to.
