Silver Account Overlimit

    I am at the silver grade and its telling me my form submissions are maxed. Im about to cancel

    Your account has not gone over limit, so you probably received an alert about your payment submmissions, so as we value you as customer, I have increased the payment limit up to 200 per month.

    Okay. I’m upgraded but they charged me twice recently.

    Yes, one of our representatives, advised to cancel these subscriptions. Please go ahead and cancel them, from your Paypal side, then let us know to check if the process went correct.
