Getting a blank page when opening the downloaded excel file from Jotform.

hi. i need help asap.

Im trying to download my forms to excel, but when i do it, i get it empty. no information inside.

i dont know what to do becouse i have been waiting for this and i need this before friday.

Please access one of your form's submission on this link https://eu.jotform.com/submissions/82353598928372 and click the "Excel" button to download the submissions. I just tested that link on my end and it works.

If that didn't help, please clear your form's cache and browser cache then try again.
