Error when trying to view the submissions page?

Whenever I click on the Submissions tab, I get a 404 error.  And yes I do have submissions.  Any ideas?  I am using HIPAA compliant forms.

I've tested this with our hipaa test account, but I'm unable to replicate it. I can view the submissions page in our hipaa account.

Kindly try opening the site on Incognito mode or Private mode and see if that helps? Also, please check the console error if you are still able to replicate the issue by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/453-How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers.

Well the submissions are now showing up. Apparently its in a new version since it offers to go back to the old version which by the way doesn’t work.
I need to get at the gear icon so that I can change what is downloaded in the pdf file. I don’t see anywhere on the “new version” to do that and when I try to switch to the old version, it asks me why, I tell it, click on Switch and nothing happens.
I even tried all of this in a private session to no avail.

So any help will be appreciated.

I tried the switch to old button and so far it worked for me.

Anyway, use the following URL to view the old submissions page of the form. This also works.

https://www.jotform.com/submissions/FORMID

Replace the FORMID with your form ID.

I try that. There may be a substantive difference in testing the old button inside the corporate firewall than testing from the outside. Just a thought.
