Why are the PDF reports sent to each party different?

The PDF that goes to the salesperson is different from the one that goes to the customer. I also noticed the salesperson's signature doesn't appear on either version?  

The PDF report attached in email notifications is basically the same as the downloaded from the submissions page of your form, you may edit it and make sure it looks like you want and includes the desired fields, this guide will help you editing the PDF report of the submissions: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report
