Email notification does not work

    We no longer get email notifications when someone completes a form using the JotForm. We used to receive these notifications in the past. We tested the email addresses that the emails are supposed to be sent to and the email addresses work.

    I will put the URL below to the page that a customer needs to fill out, in case you want to fill it out to see what might be happening when someone submits it.

    This appears to be a conflict between your SMTP and our email servers. I made a submission with the name "Ashton Jotform" and I can see the emails are not triggered.

    Are you able to deleted and add the Email notification in the form? Let us know if this resolves after you do that.
