How can e-form users get notification when they don't have email addresses?

According to your tutorial about workflow from https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow, I need to use email notification or auto-responder. But some of our staffs do not have email addresses. So how can they receive notification?

When you say "So how can they receive notification?" which creates a new question on which email address you want to send notification to user?

If you do not have any email field in form but want to send notification to user, you can add condition in your form and input the email address directly instead of the field name tag. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.

    Hi ashwin_d,

I think you've mis-understood my meaning. Some of our internal staffs do not allow to use email in office. But your notification workflow runs by means of email. So how can they receive notification?

Thank you for explaining your requirement in detail. Please note that our notifications are sent as email notification and if the user do not have access to email, how they will see the notification.

One possible way is to send text message / SMS to the user. Please note that we do not have any built in feature to send SMS notification but if your mobile service provider has an email for your mobile number, you can setup the recipient "YourMobileNumber@Mobile_Service_Provider.com " as the recipient in the condition or email alert.

I do not see any other possible option to send notification to user.
