Form Builder is running slow

    I am having this same problem as of 9am EST. Jotform has been running very slowly for the past day. Also, some elements of our forms are also not showing up properly. I have cleared both browser and form caches. 


    Everything other than jotform is working fine.

    Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. 

    Is the issue related to all of your forms or to just one form?

    I tested the Form Builder in your and mine account and it is working fine. Can you please check again if the issue still persists on your and?

    I would also suggest you to try to use some other browser and if possible using some other network. 

    Also, please tell us which elements are not showing properly. Provide us a link of the form, name of the elements that are not shown and if possible a screenshot of the issue. If this issue is related to the Dynamic Dropdowns and Scrollable Terms & Conditions widgets, please check suggestions provided by my colleague on the thread you posted yesterday - https://www.jotform.com/answers/1586540, and reply there if you have any followup questions regarding the issue with the widgets.

    Hi Yes. This is across the entire jotform site and is a problem for all our forms in multiple browsers. It is only a problem at some locations and not others. For instance things work fine while I'm at home, but not in the office. I have checked with our IT department and there has been no change in our internal network or from our ISP that would explain this.

    Our apologies once again. It seems that JotForm can not work properly due to network or connection issue on your office side.

    Please try the following:

    Login to http://www.jotform.com/login 

    Click on this link http://www.jotform.com/?noCDN=true 

    See if this make things better.

    Inform us if issue still remains.

    As you confirmed that the slowness in your forms arises in your office desktops so this must be an issue with the connection in your office. It may be a firewall or network restriction was actually blocking some component on the form (i.e. the widgets) the reason they were slow to work when you used them on the public connection. 

    Maybe you can also check on that aspect with your IT team
