suddenly stopped receiving email notifications

    Hi there, suddenly stopped receiving email notifications. It was fine in the morning and then they just stopped. Six different email addresses stopped receiving messages.

    Supplier and shareholder emails were received. But the second email in the shareholder drop down suddenly stopped halfway through the day.

    Are you using the drop-down field to send emails through autoresponder? I can see the Shareholder email is a drop-down field. 

    Can you tell us if it's an issue with the entire list on drop-down or just one specific? If it's a specific, then let us know which one?

    I have checked your form and it seems you have used a dropdown to get send the email.

    However, checking from your dropdown options, you have mixed it with labels and email addresses.

    The autoresponder doesn't automatically detect the email address, you have to be specific. You may use calculation values to assign an email address to that option.

    I'm not sure why it worked at first. However, I would suggest using the best practice to assign values as the email address.
