Issues with printed PDF from completed form

    Hi - Having a couple issues with how the submissions are printing.  


    My logo shows up smaller on the form than on the printout.  


    The form name shows up on the printout, but not on the form.  


    The page breaks do not print on the PDF, the printout's page breaks are inconsistent.  


    I've attached the URL of my form & screenshots of the printout.

    The form is not shown on my side the same as you have described:

    I've used the Print button on the submissions page. 

    The view on your screenshot seems to be from submission PDF, which you can customize as to your needs. Please check the following guide: How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report
