Still confused about PayPal subscriptions

    To clarify,do you want to use the subscription type payment in your form?

    Do note that you can only use 1 type of payment in your Payment integration. If you choose subscription, you cannot use the donation type anymore.

    Unfortunately, we do not process payments in JotForm. If a user cancels a subscription, you must stop the recurring charge in your Payment processor.

    How am I supposed to do that? I don't have access to a users PayPal or credit card account.

    1. Can I use the donation category vs monthly subscription category so we are not charged a fee on each donation?

    If you want to collect recurring donations, you will have to set the Payment Type in the payment integration to Sell Subscriptions.

    This feature is only available to PayPal Business and Premier Accounts.


    2. How can a member cancel their monthly donation if they no longer wish to participate?

    They can cancel their monthly donation from their PayPal account. No further action is required from you.

    You should also be able to manage the subscriptions from your own PayPal account.

    It would be nice for you to provide an email for further questions.
