Hello, I created a form today and it caps out at one submission and I cannot figure out how to change this, I have tried everything. I shared the form by link... and after one submission is submitted, an error message displays when any additional clients submit the form.

I see that the form is disabled now due to the date of expiry set in the form settings and unable to access it.
As I check the form, I notice that the question 'Type of Session' is set as the unique question which could be the reason for not allowing the user to submit another submission.
You may try enabling the form again and remove the Unique question so that the form should be working fine.
