Our forms seem to be having intermittent issues

    Hi there,

    We are continuing to experience issues with our forms not loading, crashing  and freezing.

    User feedback that the start form button is not responding.

    User feedback that sometimes there is an error that jot form is down 

    I also notice that sometimes the theme changes and additional random fields are added to the form randomly and without anyone touching the form. Please help. Our company relies on the form for paid traffic lead gen.

    When did this start happening? I tried viewing your form and it does load the start button.

    To further isolate the issue, please try the suggestions below and see if that helps.
     
    1). Clear your form cache and browser cache.
     
    2). Try using other browsers
     
    3). Try incognito mode (if using Chrome) or private browsing (if using Firefox).
