I just added the JotForm app from the Google Play Store. It is not showing the submissions. I have reviewed the forum here and others have had the problem but I don't see a solution.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. To my understanding, when you open the JotForm App on your mobile phone, it'll show you the forms but when you tap it to show the submissions, you are getting a blank page, is that correct?
I tested the JotForm App installed on my Android phone, however, I wasn't able to reproduce the issue. When I tap the form on the app, it shows me the submission(s) made on the form.
Would it be possible for you to share with us a screenshot of what you are getting when you view the submissions using the JotForm App, please?

Thanks for the response. I am getting a completely white screen so there is nothing to show.
I don't get notifications. I don't see submissions. I don't see anything.
My "All Submissions" (off the left hand menu on the phone) is equal to "0" and I have had multiple submissions today

I also test the JotForm app and it is working for me as well as of this checking.
Can you please try also re-install process. Remove the installed app and re-install again.
Make sure the app have the appropriate permissions on your phone also.
If issue persist, please take a screenshot image of the screen of the app when you try use it on your phone. The visual will help us identify possible reason of the issue.

This must be due to your account is enabled with HIPAA compliance. I don't think that our JotForm app is supported to view the HIPAA compliant form submissions since the submissions are encrypted. Let me forward the thread to our backend team to check this up and get back to you with relevant information.
