How to restore accidentally deleted form

    Hello I accidentally deleted an entire form. Is there a way I can retrieve it? I am also out of submissions so it is not showing me a way to make any changes. I actually wanted to delete the submission but accidentally deleted the entire form.

    You can restore the deleted form/s from the Trash folder in your My Forms list.
