JotForm PDF Editor: fields are overlapping each other.

When retrieving forms from JotForm, we select the "Download PDF" option. It used to take us straight to Adobe where we could then save it to our files. Now, after selecting "Download PDF", it takes it to the JotForm PDF Editor where we have to download the document again to get to Adobe to save it. When we go through this process now, it rearranges the entire form and messes it up.  Some of the fields show up on top of each other.

I have checked your form, and it appears that you switched to the old editor. I could not replicate the issue in a test form:

I'm not sure what you mean when you say that we switched to the "old editor".  We don't recall making this change.  How do we correct this change?  We don't want to go to the PDF Editor when we click Download PDF.

We launched yesterday a new PDF editor, that is the reason why the PDF design changed in all of our customers forms. So, please confirm that you want to go back to what it was before, so we can switch it for you.

Yes, we do want to switch back to the old version.  The new PDF editor is causing some headaches.

2. Is there anything that you couldn’t figure out?
