Yearly application submission

We do a camp every year and have volunteers submit an application to be accepted for the year.  Is it possible to have the volunteers view their application submitted last year and make changes if needed and resubmit the application for the new year instead of having to fill out the same application every year????

Yes, it is possible for a user to edit their submissions. I recommend you to add the edit submission link into the autoresponder email. Here's a guide: How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date.

You can also manually send them the edit submission link privately. It is possible to extract the Edit Link as long as you know the Submission ID. Here's an example of an edit submission link:
