How the upgrade plan is better to comply with the data protection law?

Dear Jotform, I would like to ask if you could send us information about how the upgrade plan is better to comply with the data protection law. At the moment, we are considering in using jotform for our master program, but hte legal department mentioned that the basic plan is not secured enough when handling high risk data. We would like to know if you have a plan that can ensure the protection of these data, and what would be the cost for an educational institution.
