I am trying to set up an online waiver. I put the text of the waiver in but I would like that text to be included in the message that goes back to the signer - but when I tested that only the fields that needed to be filled out were sent back to the signer. Any way to fix that?

Are you trying make an approval workflow? If so, please check our guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow and see if that is what you are trying to achieve.

all the fields they entered information in but not the text box that had
all the liability verbiage. How do I get that included?

Create an auto response and modify the email body to include the fields (add and remove fields) that you want the signer to see. Please check this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email.
