Can I have more than one form with conditional logic on a singe web page?

    Hi,

I have created two separate forms each with conditional logic (showing and or hiding form elements based on selected check boxes and option buttons). The HTML for both forms need to be embedded on a single web page. When I test the forms on your building site each seems to work as designed. Each will work on our web page when they are the only form present on the page. However when the HTML is embedded for both forms on the same web page neither forms conditional logis seems to work.

    Can you help?

    Thanks,

    Don M.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Please share the webpage URL where you have embedded both forms and we will take look.

Some code conflict between between both the form script embed code must have caused this issue. I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you how to grab your form's iFrame embed code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

We will wait for your response.
