PDF Editor: How can we switch back to the old PDF editor?

    How do we switch back to the old version before the PDF editor? All of our applications are coming back to us as one long PDF file and the answers seem to be overlapping the questions. The format seems to be different. Is it automatically using the new PDF editor to download these files to our Dropbox? Is the new version the reason for this? Thanks for your help!

    Yes, if your account had implemented the new PDF editor then this will be reflected in all the places where the PDF document is sent. 

    I would recommend you to try customizing your PDF report, this can be done from the submissions page, click on the PDF button and the Customize PDF option:

    If you still need to switch to the previous editor, you will find the option on the new PDF editor page.
