Hi there
I've been trying to upgrade my account as we are regularly hitting our quota for submissions
It will not allow me to upgrade, it says declined each time even though i've checked the address and card details
Please could somebody urgently help me

Can you tell us which plan do you wish to upgrade? So we can help you.

Also, if you wish you can cancel your current plan and then you can upgrade your plan.

We are looking to upgrade to the Silver Package.
I will try cancelling the existing and then going for the silver one

I can see your account is currently on the free status so you should be able to upgrade now.
