Hi
We have a form (ref attached Selection) and for each field selected (eg: Hip Arthritis), there is a corresponding Google Doc or Topic.
Do you know an automation that can:
1 - Select, fetch or copy the contents of each selected topic
2 - Merge the content into a single document
3 - Email the combined document to the form submitter

I'm sorry, but we do not have a feature that would allow you to do this. I tried looking for a workaround, but it seems like they don't work.
I would suggest adding the document in the form, either by using our text field or embed it using our iframe widget.

Steps to add a widget in the form here https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form.
Show the doc/widget when its corresponding option is selected from the field.

I prefer the iframe widget so they can print the document when it is shown.
Or, to prevent them from downloading the document by changing selections, you can send it by email. You have 12 options, create 12 email templates each that contain the download link to the document. You can send it conditionally:

Please try it and let us know if you need further assistance.
