    i'm not sure whether jotform possibility to have kind of this access.

    My purpose is : I wanna have QR Code Generate tag ( which means i will print the QR Code and put on Machine ) and then the line Operator open the camera and guide to Jotform for the submission. It mean the line Operator will Sign over this QR Code.

    QR Code 1 refer to this machine

    QR Code 2 refer to this Machine

    Do we have any option doing so ? Or is there any possibilities that we can achieve this to make it work ? Your input comment is much appreciated.

    If I understand you correctly, you would like to have a QR code generated that you can place on a device/machine and then the user scans the code to fill in a form related to the particular machine. Is this correct?

    If so, yes, it is possible by combining 2 Widgets;

    The Dynamic QR Code Widget. This generates QR Codes for the content of fields in your form.

    The QR Code Reader Widget. This one can be used to read QR Codes showing a URL the user can go to.

    You can combine these two to have a QR Code generated with the specific machine URL and then a form with the QR Code Reader for the client to scan the code and open the link.

    To use the data for the machine in the new form, you can pass data from one form to another. The prepopulated URL is what you convert to a QR Code and have it scanned to send you to another form.
