Is it possible to add an attachment to a form that is directed to SharePoint and the attachment be stored in the SharePoint item or document repository?

I am not sure if you are trying to send upload file or entire submissions to the SharePoint Library. There is no such integration available at the moment, however, may want to check out the third party services below -

If you could explain what are you trying to achieve I can escalate this thread as a feature request to our Development team.

I want a user who is submitting a form via Jotform to be able to attach a file.  That attachment should then be linked to a SharePoint list item.  I am using Microsoft Flow to import data from the form into a SharePoint list item.  Just want to add the attachment functionality.

You can add a File Upload field on your existing form from the "Form Elements" tab:

Any experience with the jotform connector in MSFlow? Can it pass the attachment through to sharepoint?

The last question was about a different feature. We will resolve it on a separate thread here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1638830

We will attend to it shortly.

    Thank you
