Confirmation Field/Matching Date

In my form, I am asking for account information.  I would like to have a second entry that requires the 2nd entry to match the 1st entry to ensure the accuracy of their entry. Similar to what you see often see when you are entering account numbers, email addresses, creating new passwords, etc on forms online. I can't seem to find the function, setting or information on how to do this.
