I have generated a form with your wizzard - and as soon as I paste its code into the correct location for the main page of the website and view it in the browsers - a clone of this form is also showing up in the upper left corner - beside the normal form in the middle of the page. This looks very ugly when people look on this site. In the past all was fine, but as I renewed the site and implemented a new form - this issue now shows up. What can I do to fix the (optical ) problem?

The URL I pasted below only shows the actual location - not yet updated with the form I generated - so is still empty ( the word 'Anfragen' means 'Requests' )

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your webpage URL which you have shared but it does not display any form in webpage.

It seems you have used your form's script embed code. I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you how to grab your form's iframe embed code:   https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if the issue persists and we will take a look.

May we know if you have tested the Iframe code as suggested by my colleague?

I checked your webpage and I can see that you are using the Source Code. Please try the following:

    1. Embed using the script codeAdding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page

    2. Use the iFrame codeGetting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
