To cancel your account subscription, please follow the instructions in this guide — How-to-Downgrade-Subscription-back-to-Free-Account
If you downgrade your subscription it will be scheduled to be on the free subscription at the end of your current billing cycle. This information will also appear on the billing page of your account — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing. And, it will not renew again after that.
