My JotForm was disabled. How can I get the forms back?

Hi!

I've recently made a account on JotForm to get a FeedBack from a event that I made here in Brazil. 

And I really don't pay attention that the free account had a limit of using days. 

And I received a e-mail which saying that my Forms wore disabled. 

There's a way to get this forms back?

Because it's really important for the Final Paper of this Event. 

Please, help me.
