I tried to make a Test Submission on your form and it worked fine. It redirected me to the Thank you page and not Captcha. Please disregard my test submission.

Could you let us know which form are you facing this issue? Have you embedded your form on a website? If yes, please share the URL.

Have received too many submissions from the same IP address? If that is the case than Captcha field might appear for security purpose. You can verify this by submitting your form using a different network.

    Let us know your findings.

I am still getting the captcha . This is the URL with my form and this is
the captcha that shows up. https://submit.jotform.us/submit/83286188230157/
The form is called FB Ad Strategy Call & Audit
Please let me know how i remove the security question so I can have the
submission take customers directly to my calendar which is the next step in
    my funnel.
    Thank you

The issue is usually related to embedded forms when there is a script conflict.

Is your form embedded in any website?

If so, please share the URL so we can check.

    Thank you!

I can see you have embedded your form using the source code, you may try updating the source code embedded, this guide will help you getting the code from JotForm: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

If the problem persists, try embedding the form using a different method such as iFrame, here is the guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Note that if you do not have access to the files or source codes of your site, you may need to contact the person in charge in order to perform this change.
