DocuSign Widget

Hi there,

I was wondering if we can create a form that is required to be signed by 2 people on the form using the DocuSign widget.

When the DocuSign is signed both you and the signatory will receive a PDF copy of the signed form. You can not send it to a third person. But you can add multiple widgets to the form if you want to create some kind of approval workflow form. So, if you add two widgets to the form and if two users sign it, both of them will receive a single PDF copy and you will receive a PDF copy from each user.

I tried adding 2 docusigns widget on the same form but for some reason it didn't work. Is there a limitation as to how many DocuSign widget I can have in 1 form? Thanks.

Unfortunately, you can only have 1 Docusign widget on a single form. If you try inserting another widget, you'll get a message saying "You cannot add more than one of this widget. Please delete the existing one first".

You can have multiple E-signature widget or Smooth Signature widget on a single form.
