How can i limit the number of people that "get into an event" so limit the people that select "a radio button" for a particular event.  We can only have 12 working spots and not sure how to handle this when people fill out the form and we open it.

    Hi,

There are actually 2 ways to achieve that without using conditional logic.

    1. You can limit the number of submissions in your form. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/137-How-to-Limit-Submissions-in-a-Form. So whenever the form submission reaches the defined limit e.g. 25, your form will automatically be disabled.

    2. If you don't want the form to be disabled, you can use any of these widgets to limit the number of quantity options users can select. When the items on your list have run out, the widget will cross out the item as unavailable.

    http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/gift_registry

http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/quantity_gift_registry (use this if you want users to select multiple quantities)

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks.
