How can I track the IP of user that fills my form?

Hi, my business Corrigan Bentley have a free account with Jotform - we are using the form from a recruitment perspective to get candidates to fill out information online to be sent to us directly but we have concern that some of our consultants may try and fill out the information on behalf of their candidates.

Is there a way to IP track where the form was completed?
