How can a client send you a completed form?

If the form is online or standalone form, your clients don't need to send the completed form to you. You can set up notifications so whenever someone fills out your form and submits it, you'll receive an email notification.

However, if you are referring to the filled form PDF, you can advise them send it to your email.
