Hello, I just upgraded our account to be HIPAA compliant, but I don't see the Protected Field option mentioned in your article. Did you move it or change this feature?
I also found that there isn't any information on the email notification page about how best to send notifications without including PHI. It would be helpful to have instructions here for best practice (i.e. sending a password protected PDF versus sending the form data to an unencrypted email). That would be helpful for folks that aren't well versed in HIPAA compliance.

Your account is not yet in HIPAA status, however, since you are now in Silver plan, this is available for you, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/500-How-to-upgrade-to-HIPAA-Compliance
