    I work for the Georgia Department of Education and we pay for an account with JotForm.  Recently the view of the site is changing and now we see that our account shows FREE and the email address associated is not correct.  I see all of our forms on the FREE side...but we don't have a free account.

    Please help me understand what has changed.

    You can change your password and email address registered to the account in the Account Profile page. To do that, please access your JotForm account and open this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile

    I also can see that your account is a free user.
