I'm trying to pre-sign the document prior to sending it to the recipient

I'm trying to "pre-sign" the document prior to sending it to the recipient. As you can see, I added a PDF signature in the Header field, and used the subhead text as my job title...however, this doesn't show up on the PDF. Can you please help me with getting my signature and job title to prefill as well? Thanks!

Please try to enable the "Show Headers and Texts" in the Submissions page before exporting it into a PDF file. Here's a guide: How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF.
