Hi there,
I've created a PDF form to go along with my order form 'local coverage virginia order form'. I requested a test email but it did not send a pdf. Should it be? I would like to see it, is there a way to create a test email for it?
Also, how do i change the name of a PDF file built from a form? Right now it's just 'new doc', does it get saved and moved somewhere or is it always in the tab of the pdf builder? I can't seem to find a file of forms i've created.
Thanks!

You will need to make an actual submission, clicking the "Test" button to test the email will not include the PDF submission.

To change the name, go to your PDF editor > Click on the paint bucket icon on the upper right > Scroll down to "PDF File name".
