having difficulty getting a proper preview image on facebook.  I have created a new header image on jotform and deleted all other old images.  I still have an old image showing up.  when i use the facebook debugger, the old image as indicated as the preview image.  not sure how to clean up errors when running the facebook debug.

Facebook uses the Page Title of your form as the heading and uses your logo as the preview picture.

You can change the Page Title by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/373-How-to-Change-the-Page-Title-of-the-Form

Once you have uploaded the new image then use this Facebook Debugger Tool to clear the cache of your form.

On the page, paste your form URL, then click Debug.

If the image and text are already correct in Link Preview, you can then close the page and share your form as you would. If not, click the Scrape Again button until you see the correct details in Link Preview. Note that it might take a few seconds after you've done your changes in your form to be fetched by Facebook Debugger.

    Thanks.

    Hi
Still have not fixed my problem. Here are some images that may help you. First is my form being edited. The only image is for the logo and is correct.
the next image is from my facebook post. the image there is old and can’t seem to get rid of it. have cleared cache on chrome.
last image is facebook debug tool. the image name is presented but don’t know how to edit it. Have refreshed the page numerous time, i guess they call that scraping. no luck. any thoughts.

We are not able to see the images from your last response. Please upload the images when you reply again using the link https://www.jotform.com/answers/1673780

Can you also share to us the URL link of your facebook page where the form was used. We need to check also the page where the actual form was used.

There does not seem to be any consistency when creating a form and using that form in a Facebook post.  I am not sure if this is a jotform problem or Facebook problem.  Let me recreate what I am doing.  Here is the published form:

    https://form.jotform.com/Thosbryan/adoptionapplicatIon1214a

There is a logo at the top and a header at the bottom. The uploaded image is the same for both. 1544843995CD1F8912 CB60 4C89 A9EB 86230D Screenshot 10

The images are sized at 100px x 100px. So why does the preview crop the image in this manner. This screenshot is from the Facebook debugger
