Unable to signup or create a Jotform account.

    Hello, 

     

    My name is Jessica. I worked in an organization that used Jotform as a tool. I have now moved to France and would like to use it on a more basic basis until the Club decides if they are interested in the product. It's been over an hour I am trying to register and I put my username, etc...click sign up...and nothing happens. I have yet to receive an email or any information. I would like to create my JotForm ASAP. I also would like to show your service to the Professional Club I now work for. You guys can really help European soccer clubs in terms of data entry.

    1). Clear your browser cache.
     
    2). Try using other browsers
     
    4). Try incognito mode (if using Chrome) or private browsing (if using Firefox).
     
    If it doesn't work, please attach the screenshot if you see any error by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum. If it exceeds the max size, please upload it to your Google Drive or if you have Dropbox account then share the screenshot to us.
