Hi There,
Today several jotforms have been sending over to us blank. When I look on the website the information is all there, but the emails do not have anything.

Hi there,
Sure, you can submit any tests if you want.
The thing is, from the website everything looks fine and on the same submissions there are cases where certain people are receiving blank forms and others are receiving the normal form, so it might be difficult for you to replicate the error.
So far, it's happen a total of four times today, and I haven't seen this issue before. Let me know if there's anything you can do to help, or if you need more information from me.

So it happened only to 4 people? Was it the autoresponder, or the notification? It might have been a temporary glitch, please try clearing your forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache
If it happens again, please let us know what are the submissions where it occurred, so we can investigate further.

Hi There,
It started happening to quite a few more people in the afternoon, and it was the notification rather than the autoresponder.
I will try clearing the forum cache, and will let you know if the problem persists. :)
