If I upgrade how am I priced?

Happy Holidays too. 

I now have the basic service, and am looking at upgrading to silver b/c of your generous 1/2 price offer. 

However, it looks like I will be charged the yearly price, without being credited for the money I already paid. 

Is this accurate?

I have checked your account subscription and you're subscribed to Bronze Yearly using PayPal as your Payment processor.

Unfortunately, PayPal doesn't pro-rate subscriptions. You may upgrade to the Silver yearly with the End of the year discount but you have to cancel your Bronze yearly subscription in PayPal to avoid double billing.

To avoid confusion, you can cancel your Bronze subscription first then upgrade to Silver yearly plan.

Do note that when you cancel your subscription, you are downgraded to Free.

After canceling, you can contact us at this thread so that we can process a refund.
