You have billed me even though I have cancelled

    Please don't bill me again.  I have now downgraded to the free package twice.  I have also now deleted my account in the hopes that might get the message across.

    Our apologies. Paypal cancelation through our billing page will only send us a request, and we'll need to do it manually on Paypal. We did not receive your request, but I have sent this to our billing team for cancellation and refund of your last payment. Our refund timeframe is within 4-10 business days. Paypal should notify you about the refund.
