I've tired cancelling your services but i still get charged and this is my third attempt to do so because I had tried 2 times already.
Now I need you to refund me for the last 2 billing cycle because i had cancelled the subscription on your website and I still get billed.
I need you to do this immediately. Cancel my subscription and give me a refund from the last 2 billing cycles. There will be no further discussions because I'm not satisfied with the way you guys handle your cancellations and still charge people for it.

Top ensure your subscription is cancelled immediately, cancel it via the PayPal dashboard. Here is more information regarding how to do so:

I have sent a request to refund your last two payments. You should see a refund of $38.00 posted to your PayPal account within the next 7-10 business days.
