sub user permissions

is there a way to grant a sub-user permission more than just view or full permissions. What I'm getting at is I'd like the sub users to be able to access the email link. and reminder section but granting them permission to edit the form is like giving a 5 year old a sparkler and a huge box of fire crackers. 

You may add the user in the email recipient, so that they can receive email notifications when a form is submitted.

The sub-user can also view submissions / edit submissions(Full permission).
