Have asked for password to be resent and one has not arrived and hocked that i'm being charged full rate when no notice given and there 50% off too!

I'm not sure I understood your question correctly regarding password reset?
I have checked your account and it seems you have recently upgraded to Bronze yearly without the discount.
To clarify, do you want to avail of our End of the year discount? If yes, you may need to cancel your subscription first in PayPal.

After canceling your subscription in PayPal, you can contact us at this thread so that we can process a refund.
Then you can upgrade your subscription to avail of the year end discount discount for Yearly and Bi-Yearly subscription.
