Add completed form element URL to form

I am linking Jotform with Trello via automate.io so that completed forms create a card in Trello.

What I am trying to figure out how to do is: add a link in the Trello card, to the completed form, so users can click and edit their form submission. The 'Get Form Page URL' only puts the parent (blank) form URL in.

Unfortunately, there is no way to pass the edit link. You can only do it through email notifications: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
