field values aren't showing on the notification email

however, now certain field values aren't showing on the submitted
notification email....
Homeowner collects GST EVH provides cleaning:
{10Elite127} is input and is filled in on the page but does not show up on
the output.
I also tried {1027} and not working either....
(Note the value {1027 is the one that populated from the field input
dropdown, however, all the others have the name in the middle, id "Elite"
or "Owner" so I added it in to see if it would work but it wouldn't....)

I have checked your form but I can't seem to find any field with a unique name "10Elite127".

May we know the field that is not showing in your notification email?
