Google Sheets integration: submissions are not automatically being sent

Okay, I did as asked, and the correct sheets are integrated with the review submission forms, however, they are still not automatically going to the Google sheets form.  Is there something I should push when I get the new submissions emailed to me (or from Jotform itself on the submission requests), to get the information transferred?

I believe that this is the form in question http://www.jotform.us/form/40786246883164, where you want to send submissions to Google Sheets. Please try to do the following one more time.'

    1) Remove the current integration.

    2) Make a new one: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets

    3) Do not make any modifications to the integrated sheet.

If no submission is being sent, please share the shareable link to the sheet, so we can forward this issue to our back-end team.

I tried that, and sent a "test" submission, but it did not go to the Review Sheets...  I'm not sure which sharable link I am supposed to send, but here it the link to my forms.

How did you test it? I looked up your form submissions, and I don't see a test there. If you have tested it by clicking Test Email button in the email template, that won't work as that would only send you a test data. It is not connected to any integration in the form.

If you have tested the form by previewing and inputting test data and submit it, it should work this time considering it is a new file. Would you mind sharing us the spreadsheet file? We will have to test the form and see the data there.

Please follow the steps here to share the file: https://support.google.com/docs/answer/2494822?hl=en&ref_topic=4671185. You can share it with just read-only permission.

I have checked your Google Sheet and the last entry is not in the submission page for the form www.jotform.us/form/40786246883164

May we know if this is the correct form? Are you editing the Google Sheet directly?

Can you please try re-integrating Google Sheet with your form? Here is a guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets

If the issue still remains, let us know.

I checked that spreadsheet and it has no data.

So I checked your form's Google Spreadsheet Integration and found the link.

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qudoWAPWeu2Ig5yOr2GFHL4cJagaiV-LPIHndNx4JlI/edit#gid=0

The last submission seems to be edited since it has a background in it. This could be the reason why the integration breaks. As much as possible, please do not make any changes in the integrated sheet as suggested by my colleague, David. You can do that on a different tab sheet instead.

If the spreadsheet is still not updating, please re-integrate your form with Google Spreadsheet once more and do not make any changes on the integrated sheet to prevent the integration from breaking.

    Thanks
