How can I print only the last page of my form?

I would like to have a print button that allows the user to only print the last page of my form before submitting. I tried using the Preview Before Print widget but it will hide all the headers and the CSS codes I found on the forums to hide text hide all the text, and I still want headers and text on the last page of my form to print.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to print a single page from the form using the Print button or Preview before submit. The end user may need to print the page by using the default print command (Ctrl+P) from the browser at the last page to print it. 

Alternatively, you may consider creating a PDF submission report as per your requirement by adding the required fields to the report and attach it to the email autoresponder. 

The user may then print the PDF report if they needed.
